I stand in defence of liberal democracy, lawful order, and the protection of free civilian life.

I uphold the lawful institutions, norms, and moral limits that sustain a free civilisation.

I place truth, law, and civilisation above personal gain, faction, or fear.

By accepting, I take my place among the Defenders of the Free World.
